Stuffed Chicken Fry


Ingredients
Full chicken - 1
Chilli powder - 8 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - 2 cups
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Green chillies - 4 slit
Curry leaves
Ginger (sliced) - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 4 pods
Ginger & garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Boiled eggs - 2
Chopped chicken liver

Method of preparation
Poke the chicken and marinate it with the paste of turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic mixture. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now take a pan and heat the oil. Add some crushed ginger and garlic to the oil. Add the split green chillies and curry leaves. Mix it well. Add chopped big onion and continue stirring. Add salt and chopped tomatoes. Now add powders of turmeric, red chilli, coriander and pepper. Saute well. Now add chopped chicken liver to it. Add salt and garam masala and mix well. Add the boiled eggs and again saute well. Empty the ingredients into a bowl. Now take the marinated chicken and stuff it with the ingredients in the bowl. Sew the opening and tie the chicken with a twine after the stuffing has done. Steam the chicken for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan.  Take out the chicken from the steamer and fry it in the oil. Remove the twine and garnish it. Stuffed chicken fry is ready to serve.
