Stuffed Chicken


Stuffed Chicken Kerala Style, a non vegetarian side dish.

Ingredients
Full Chicken (For Batter) - 1 1/4 Kg  
Red Chilly powder - 50g
Coriander powder - 25 gm
Turmeric powder - 25 gm         
Ginger Garlic paste - 4 tsp            
Curd - 200 ml
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 spring  
Egg (For frying) - 1 no
Oil  
    
Masala for stuffing
Chicken Liver (Chopped) - 1 no
Boiled egg - 1 no
Mashed boiled potato - 100 gm
Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 50 ml
Salt - as needed
Curry leaves - 1/2 spring
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 1 no
Onion - 1 no
Coconut oil - 25 ml

Method of preparation
Finely chopped chicken liver, mashed potato, Ginger-garlic paste, chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves and saute fine. Add the powders. Garam masala, curd and salt to make a thick stuffing (Use coconut oil for stuffing mixture). Place the boiled egg fully in to the breast and over the chicken, place behind the stuffing mixture tight and neat by grilling in any desired style and serve hot.
