Manoj's amazing Ganesh House is a little heaven hidden in a local neighbourhood in the outskirts of Kovalam. The neighbourhood is nothing special, but then you arrive at Ganesh House and everything is peaceful and you have a 3 min very cosy walk to the wonderful Samudra Beach. At the beach you find the best restaurants and you a bit away from the touristy Lighthouse beach. We also loved hanging out at the next beach, Grove Beach, watching the fishermen and the many many indian tourists going into the water in their colourful dresses. Manoj is is very friendly and runs the place with his sweet mother. It is a beautiful house and very clean. We absolutely recommend it. And dont forget to eat at Curry Leaf - it was the absolutely best food we had in India!!!
