COCHIN-MUNNAR-THEKKADY-ALLEPPEY-KOVALAM- TRIVANDRUM DROP ( 6N 7D) (ENTIRE KERALA) |
DAY 1 : Pick up from Cochin and move to Munnar. Munnar, the famed hill station of south India, is a romantic locale where natural beauty is everywhere to visit, explore and to enjoy. Situated about 1600m above sea level, the hill station had been the summer resort of the British Government during the colonial era. On the way visit Valara and cheyyappara waterfalls. Check in to Hotel. Relax in the resort/hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel/Resort.
DAY 2 : After breakfast proceed to Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake. After noon visit Tea museum and Blossom Garden. Evening time for a bit of shopping. Overnight stay at Hotel/Resort.
DAY 3 : After breakfast proceed to Thekkady. Check in to Hotel. Afternoon proceed to Periyar lake, around which the sanctuary is built, for boating (cost extra). The place where one can go for a Wildlife cruise to view a large variety of wildlife like Wild Elephants, Nilgi plantation Tour, Bamboo Rafting, Trekking and Elephant ride (On Direct Payment). Overnight stay at Hotel/Resort.
DAY 4 : After breakfast proceed to Alleppey. Check in to Hotel. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure enjoying the panoramic view of the, vast stretches of the paddy fields, exotic natural surroundings of the villages. Overnight stay at Hotel/Resort.
DAY 5 : After breakfast proceed to Kovalam. Check in to Hotel. Kovalam is as well accepted for its serene shores and beach resorts beautifully dotted by the acceptable palm trees, exotic restaurants and bright shops. Later enjoy rest of the time along the serene and scintillating Kovalam beach basking in the sun or playing with the waves. Overnight stay at Hotel/Resort.
DAY 6 : After breakfast proceed to visit Napier Museum and Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple in Trivandrum. Later enjoy rest of the time along the sea shore playing with the waves or walking along the wet sandy beaches. Overnight stay at Hotel/Resort.
DAY 7 : After breakfast proceed to Trivandrum Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and will do necessary support there Drive back to your hometown with the sweet memories of Kerala trip.
