In this modern world our environment is fighting for survival and we humans suffer from more and more physical and psychological stress, we cannot always control them but can learn how to face them and to this end Yoga is as good an invention it has ever been. The aim of yoga is attainment of physical, mental and spiritual health.
Yoga has gained tremendous popularity in the last few years; it is the most rapidly growing health movement despite it was developed thousands of years ago. Age, religion, caste; sex is no bar with breathing and meditation techniques. There are many types of yoga and it may be hard for the beginners which yoga type he or she wants to do. The most important benefit of yoga is the physical and mental therapy, the very essence of yoga lies in attaining mental peace, improved concentration power and a relaxed state of living.
This Yoga workshop is intended to give a complete support for the individuals who are living in a competitive world. Everybody needs physical, mental and spiritual strength to cope with modern challenges. This is an introductory programme on yoga which can endow a lot from the traditional treasures. This would be a support for maintaining a healthy, strong and flexible body and mind. The Meditation lessons would help to explore the inner strength and gradually lead to Self Awareness.
Daily Schedule:
• 7am – 8.30 am – Practical session
• Fresh up / breakfast
• 10 am – 12.30 pm – Theory session
• Lunch & leisure
• 4.30pm – 5.30 pm – Self learning / group discussion (optional)
• 5.30 pm – 6.15pm – Pranayama & Meditation
• Fresh up / Dinner
