Vilayara Heritage Retreat

Overview

Vilayara , which translates to House of Harvests is in Eravannur in Kozhikode district. This property is a three storied heritage bungalow situated in a five-acre estate.
A place of idyllic charm, nestled amongst paddy fields and coconut palms. Here you can wake up to the chirping of birds, relish locally grown traditional food, and practice yoga/meditation in the lap of nature.
The ground floor consists of a drawing room, a sit out, two bed rooms being used by host's family, dining room, kitchen and a store.
The first floor consists of three private bed rooms with attached bath rooms being let out to guests and a pantry.
The second floor is the attic, which has been converted to an indoor recreation centre.
The guests have access to the Three bed rooms, & the pantry on the first floor, and also to the second floor which has been converted to indoor recreation Centre.
Each of the bed rooms have double beds and space for 1/2 additional beds.
