A homestay admist a garden of morethan 300 varieties of fruit trees, 150 varieties of medicinal plants in a serine atmoshphere 1 KM away from Kattappana town and 300 mtrs from NH 185. We have 3 bath attached rooms; 1 Kitchen; common Varandha, 120 sqft balcony cum laundry with washing machine, 470 sqft hall, TV, highspeed wifi, RO UV UF MTDS waterfilter, running hot and cold water, fenced and secured property, doctor on call, hospital with morethan 30 departments within 1 KM, ergonomic chairs for working from homestay, game activities, proximity toward Munnar, Idukki and Thekkady being in the midst of these locations and a lot of unexplored and underexplored tourist places; fishing activities; trecking through fruit, spices and medicinal garden, organic home made food to the needy guests, organic spices for sale, 24x7 house keeping service etc are some of the heighlights of the homestay.

This is a small, however secure, pleasant, neat and tidy homestay amidst an orchard of more than 200 varieties of fruit plants and hundreds of medicinal plants. We always keep chemical fertiliser and pesticides away from our premises and farm. We dispose of waste in a proper way so that it least affects nature. We tap solar power and biogas to cater to the need along with electricity. We strive to adhere to the norms in the light of carbon neutrality and in synchronise with nature.
