Seeing all the positive reviews, we booked the space 1 month prior for a special occasion and just got cheated. The person came to pick us and hurried us to a different one room property and called it as coconut palms. I asked him twice if this is coconut palm and he outright lied saying yes. Later on a walk I saw the real property and was disheartened to see what room we had booked and how he cheated us. He overbooks properties and pushes a less price paid customers to other neighbouring properties lieng that it’s his when it’s not.
He could have said the truth or shifted us later if it was booked for the day . We were there for 4 days ! We are not the first people, there have been many in the past.
Don’t trust your booking here for any special occasion and don’t book prior, he will anyway take the premium charge from you and occupy others who paid 1-2k more than you.
