The home is a 2 storey house but we are only presenting the 2nd level for homestay. However, the 2nd level itself is an independent, beautiful new home with 2 luxurious bedrooms and everything you will need to have a lovely time. The house is located just 2 km from the famous Chottanikkara temple and there are shops and public transport within walking distance making it ideal for stay.We are accredited with Kerala Tourism Diamond Status. We are very flexible and will be able to provide anything you need; food, transport, guide and travel arrangements etc for extra cost. We can package your tour as per your requirements, talk to us for information and special pricing.
HOUSE DETAILS
The 2nd level of the home has its own entrance way separate from the bottom floor for easy private access. The house has a single car port for parking which will always be available. The home is fully tiled and in pristine condition including; -2 Luxurious bedrooms with queen sized beds and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms each have attached European style bathrooms with hot water supply. The bedrooms will also have bed sheets, pillows and all other linen provided. -Separate Living and Dining areas. The Dining area has a beautiful 6 seat dining table and the Living area is spacious with a 3 couch set seating 5 people in total and a flat screen TV providing access to digital channels. -Fully equipped European Kitchen with basic amenities and appliances included; salt, pepper, fridge, kettle etc. -A small unfurnished room is available for storage if necessary. -A lovely covered outdoor area giving plenty of fresh air and a nice space to use. This area also has a washing machine available to use. -A beautiful sit-out with a peaceful view across the neighbourhood.
This is a family home and we wish for you to treat it with respect and care. There is no smoking allowed inside the home. On arrival, we will require a copy of your ID.

-The Chottanikkara Devi temple is a historical and famous temple of goddess Lakshmi Devi (also known as Sree Bhagavathi). -The Hill Palace Museum is also only around 6km away from the home. This was built in 1865 and is the largest archaeological museum in all of Kerala. -There are lots of Ayurveda resorts, temples, beaches and Theme parks within a reasonable distance. -There is an Ayurvedic Medical College just 5km away. -The home is just 20km away from the beautiful city of Kochi and marine drive . -The glorious Kumarakom House-Boating is also just 40km away.
