1 WORST STAY / DON'T BOOK ARCADIA REGENCY

The worst hotel I've ever experienced is Arcadia Regency. The staff behavior is extremely disappointing. The manager, Anand, is unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak to guests-he was arguing and even shouting at customers. The security staff is equally careless and unresponsive. We were made to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes in extreme heat without air conditioning, and despite repeated requests, the reception refused to turn on the AC. To make matters worse, the manager kept speaking to his staff in Malayalam in a way that made it feel like customer concerns didn't matter at all. If you DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY, stay away from this hotel.
