We were on a 2 day stay in Taj Varkala for 26K .We had a very bitter experience .Poor service, very bad behaviour of the staff..My son 12 year old non swimmer who was in the pool requested for a floating tube .They denied telling it's for under 10 years .I too requested to give because the floating tube is just worth 100Rs ..But they blindly denied.They should either provide a floating tube for his age or should have given the existing tube considering the cost of the tube atleast.When approached the help desk,they too told the tube is for small children.This time the age group ,the help desk told is no where similar to what the security guard told.So they themselves have no idea .No value for money ..Never again I will visit this place for such a high cost with poor or zero service...The rooms are too small for 13 K per day stay for 2 couple..We got into this Taj because of its name but not at all worth for the money.
