I am currently staying at JK Residency, Cheruvathur for two days (since 11-10-2025). Tonight, I went to your restaurant and placed an order for food. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service. Even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, no food was served — not even a glass of water. The restaurant staff and manager showed a complete lack of responsibility and courtesy. After a long day of travel from Chennai, this experience was very upsetting. I finally had to leave the restaurant without eating anything due to poor service.
