Ayurveda clinic with resort character. Holistic care for body and soul. A competent doctor and therapist team are there for the guest / patient around the clock. Great location right on the beach, excellent food and service. Very clean and cozy accommodations - some with stunning views. We will be back.

Comfortable and beautiful rooms
Very good hotel: the quality of rooms, food, treatment is very high. I have been there already 2 times. Excellent combination of ayurvedic treatment and relaxation. Particularly nice - the staff's attention, cleaning and flowers in the rooms (special thanks to the manager of Praveen and his team) and evening programm. Good value for money

In love with this place !
This is my second stay at Manaltheeram and I plan to now go every year, even if I live in San Francisco and it is quite a trip. I met many European people who go there every year for the past 15 years or so. Everything is wonderful there, the food, the cottages, the beach, the clinic....but most importantly the staff, from the doctors to the therapists (Hi Shobannah, I miss you), to the managers, to the serving, cleaning people and receptionist staff. The yoga masters (Deepu and Vijay) are both amazing. True yogis and they teach the REAL yoga, which you can't unfortunately find in the Western World. I learned so much from them, appropriate postures, breathing, and beautiful mantras. My ability to meditate has improved so much with them. I can't wait to be back. Thank you all at Manaltheeram for everything. You are the best.
