1 Unethical and Inconsiderate hotel staff

Made an online booking through a private aggregator, for my elderly parents visiting Trivandrum for the period of sep 6-8. The booking was made a month in advance by Aug 2 and the same was accepted and confirmed. On the day of check in when my parents arrived at the establishment, the front desk staff rudely denied the booking and claimed that they had cancelled the booking. They provided some booking number which does not correspond to our booking and told my parents to leave the premises stating that all rooms are now booked and to find some alternate accommodation somewhere else. As the details provided by their staff did not match our booking number and details, we insisted that the booking is still valid and gave us our booking details. We also called the aggregator and confirmed the same. Despite this they persisted and even showed a white paper claiming it to be cancellation email when actually none was sent. The staff here are unethical fraudsters. BEWARE.
