Well organised, efficiently run, welcoming hotel. Immaculately clean and spacious with Coffee Cafe, Grill, Restaurant to choose from for light snacks to full meals. A gym and also children's recreation room available on the 4th Floor. Take the stairs from the 4th Floor up to the Adults Only pool - so civilized. Shower rooms and toilets and stacks of towels. Loungers and a few umbrellas. A real haven.The views from pool and room were stunningly beautiful and exceeded our expectations from the name of the hotel. So much fresher and cooler in the Western Ghats than down on the plains/coastal areas. Having been out to a Ayurvedic Spa, we ordered from the room service menu - creamy, perfectly cooked pasta.A very well appointed, well run and wonderful hotel.
