According to Ms. Susanna Hagen, TIP is taking efforts to establish Kerala as a top destination among Austrians. She says "Kerala has a lot to offer to its visitors, which is more than what people usually think."
Ms. Hagen, in the upcoming issues of the TIP magazine would certainly keep a space for writings on Kerala, which she personally would like to do, to increase the popularity of Kerala among Austrians.
On subjects of tourism interest in Kerala, Ms. Hagen's favourite are the breathtaking backwaters, ayurveda and the relatively new entrant, eco-tourism. On other aspects of Kerala tourism, Ms. Hagen says that the development in Kerala have been modern and up-to-date.
As a guest of Kerala Tourism, she did a cruise on the backwaters, which she termed as the best tourism related experience in Kerala. She is also a photographer and is looking forward to come back to Kerala to capture some of its best visual delights.
