Lonely Planet brings out exclusive book on Kerala.

The world?s largest independent travel publisher, Australia based Lonely
Planet Publications, has produced an exclusive 296-page tourist guide book on
Kerala. It is for the first time that the Lonely Planet, considered as
the "Bible for holidayers" around the globe, has come out with an
exclusive guide for an Indian State.
After being featured as one of
the 50 greatest destinations by the National Geographic Traveller
magazine this recognition for God?s Own Country shows the unique place Kerala
has acquired in the world tourist map.
The history of the State, its
culture, tradition and arts are described in detail in the guide. It has also
outlined all the small and big tourist centres in the State. Apart from
describing the calm and serene destinations, the book also gives various travel
tips and guidelines to the tourist.
