Ace photographer Balan casts his impression in print

Kerala's well-known wildlife and nature photographer Mr. Balan recently released a coffee table book titled 'Moments when you know there is a god', containing some of the finest Kerala images, selected from a collection of over 10, 000. The book was recently released at a function held in Thiruvananthapuram. Ms. Belinda Wright, founder director, Wildlife Protection Society of India, presented the first copy of the book to Muduvan Krishnan, the tribal chieftain from Eravikulam.

The coffee table book is considered as an ideal memorabilia for tourists visiting Kerala, keeping the many images of Kerala's natural splendours and cultural vibrancy afresh in their mind. The book with Balan's exquisite images and Swarup's narration is a feast for the eyes.

Introduced to the nuances of photography by his father, Mr. Balan today is a widely acclaimed photographer from Kerala with a wide range of collection on Kerala wildlife and nature. Some of his masterpiece works can be accessed online through 'www.keralapictures.com.? Mr. Balan is an associate of the British Royal Photographic Society. He is the recipient of the Artiste Federation Internationale de l'Art Photographic award (AFIAP) and the 'United Nations Environment Programme' photography award.
