Kerala has been chosen as the ‘Place to Visit' in 2016-2017 by travellers in 'mytourreview.com', an online review website of international tour operators.
More than 80 per cent of the traveller reviews on the website were on Kerala-based tour operators. Following this, the website has launched a promotional campaign for the state.
Mr. U. V. Jose, Director, Kerala Tourism said that Kerala has always benefited from positive reviews from international travellers. “Online platforms are an influential and fair tool that tourists have used to spread good word about Kerala, which has again come on top as a must visit destination.”
The website which started its operation on World Tourism Day last year reviews the performance of international tour operators, taxi drivers, and tour guides and is a first of its kind online representation for these services in the travel industry.
