Kerala Tourism has chalked out an exhaustive marketing strategy which will see it participate in as many as 50 trade fairs and road shows in 2017-18. Kerala Tourism also has a line-up of 14 trade fairs and 25 road shows in the international market and an amount of Rs. 11.5 crore has been approved for the same.
The states and countries in which promotional activities will be held are categorised on the basis of tourist arrivals in the past years. The domestic markets have been classified into four groups while the international source markets have been classified into five.
