The location of this resort was so chosen to offer guests peace and calm without being entirely cut off. The nearest settlement with all the rustic charms of a Kerala village is just a canoe ride away.Small canoes and a private country boat are provided for guests to go out into the backwaters for a cruise at their own leisure.
