Really disappointed with the premium category Sky romantic villa. It would have been better if I chose a 2 star lodge which would have give a little importance for maintenance and cleaning. The entire room was shabby and with water clogged bathroom. Towels were torn and too old. Hair Dryer plug was broken and the concerned staff was not even bothered of guest safety as they plugged wire directly without any insulation. Checked hotel at 9.30 pm and when raised these concerns next day morning, they said we have to say previous night itself so that they would have do something. Most importantly till the time of check out they never bothered to take the responsibility and say any words for the concerns which raised. All the properties has experienced the covid 19 situation in similar manner and they all prioritise the importance of maintenance but I can't understand why not Silverwoods understand of the same.
