1 Self service for overpriced beer

I went upstairs thee was tables, counter seating and a musician playing after 3 or 4 minutes a server who I saw passed me but and went back downstairs. I thought everyone order downstairs and brought there own food up. Possibly self serve I approached a refrigerator were servers were stocking or taking from the fridge next to the cashier. I asked the cashier for a Heineken. For self service it was 400 rupees. I still had to ask for it to be opened after she walked away to get my change.. Overpriced, underserved, terrible customer service, no communication
