Located along the magnificent Vembanad lake, you are given the chance to enjoy a stunning, uninterrupted 180-degree view. Accommodation comprises three spacious, deluxe cottages - two having their own private wooden suspended pavilion, where guests can enjoy flavoursome meals in privacy. Or relax on a comfortable sun lounger or in one of the garden's double hammocks, while watching kingfishers dive bomb into the water and green-legged herons prowling the mud for worms.

At Ameya, the emphasis is on impeccable service and laidback, barefoot luxury in a peaceful environment. Breakfast is served either on the veranda or in the main building. Antique stone deity sculptures, heavy wooden furniture and intricately carved wooden details make this place an impressive design venture.
