Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary

Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is structured around an artificial lake at Thekkady, in Idukki district, high in the majestic Western Ghats. The breath-taking beauty of this destination is exemplified by the proud mountains surrounding the tranquil lake covered with dense deciduous forests and grass savannahs. Some of the wildlife species found here include, but are not limited to, Elephant, Gaur, Tiger, Panther, Sambar, Barking deer, Wild boar, Sloth bear, Nilgiri langur, Lion-tailed Macaque, Otter, Malabar Giant Squirrel and Wild dog. This exotic destination is stunning in its beauty and will make for an ideal shooting location with its vibrancy.
