It had been over 42 years since my husband had visited his birthplace Kerala and I wanted to show him how beautiful Kerala was and how much it has changed since his childhood experience in 1975. To do this we booked an 8 nights and 9 days’ tour through Iris Holidays for 4th April to 12 April 2019 inclusive.
My trip coordinator was Arun Dev who quickly and efficiently created a custom quote for my husband and I and his communication with was outstanding and attentive.
Even after I booked and paid (which was easily done through TransferWise App) for the tour Arun sent me all the information with regards the tour. Arun Whats App’d me further details in a timely manner prior to the trip which was very re-assuring.
The car that was provided was a Toyota Innova and our driver Mr SHIJO was a wonderful, calm and kind man who was knowledgeable and highly experienced driver. He made us feel safe and looked after us very well throughout t such a memorable Tour!

This was a postponed pre covid trip and over the last 24mths George Joseph made multiple amends to our itinerary- he displayed limitless patience! Our trip was fabulous - the whole of our time was seamless and we loved the variety our 15 days in Kerala offered Our trip was made effortless thanks to Shijoh, our driver. His polite and friendly manner through your our trip was lovely. He was always there when we needed him and happy to help with any of our requests. We loved all our hotels. The only blip on our trip was the houseboat backwaters overnight trip - our houseboat was moored a long way from the backwaters , consequently we spent too much time on the lake - and not enough time on the backwaters. After only 30mins on the backwaters our boat was heading back to the lake! We managed to change the itinerary which was to moor for the night back on the lake and remain on the backwaters.

Just finished our 11 days Kerala trip through iris Holidays and the trip was full of Happy moments and memories. Start from the planning our tour planner executive Mr. George helped with the perfect itinerary. Thanks George for your help much appreciated. Vijesh / George was always available on call.. even he called me many times in between to enquire the progress. Our driver cum guide Mr. Sajeer is a very gentle man. 11 days he was behind the wheel and drove us safely to all our destinations. Many thanks to Irish holiday team. Keep the good work. Will surely recommend to all to travel with Irish holiday.

Very professional and efficient service from this travel agency. Mr Arun Dev arranged a personalised stay in Kochi, Allepey & Kumarakom. From the time of booking to check-in, one of their staff was providing assistance constantly via WhatsApp. A personal driver, Mr Monesh, was provided for the entire journey - who was reliable. The resorts chosen for the places of visit were excellent. The agency staff were always contactable & helpful throughout the stay. I would highly recommend Iris Holidays for a trip to Kerala

Fantastic 15 days customised tour around Kerala. It was a very interesting and varied itinerary put together for us by George Joseph and we stayed at some great hotels. Our driver Mr Ratheesh was safe, reliable, helpful and courteous and he had a lot of good suggestions for activities. He also took us to a real local traditional restaurant away from the tourist places which was a great experience. I would recommend Iris Holidays as a really good way to travel around Kerala, as it takes away all the hassle of trying to organise everything yourself and everything was very smooth and efficient and it was excellent vale for money.
