1. Monsoon Ayurveda package This package is intended for people who want to experience Ayurveda lifestyle for the first time ,but do not have the time for a full treatment. It would provide a peek into the benefits of Ayurveda and Yoga and associated lifestyle. For specific conditions, a full-fledged Ayurveda treatment program that spans a minimum of seven days and even fourteen days or more will be required.
