Regarding tour planning

Hi,
We are planning to visit kerala from 13 to 20 oct. We are 3 and 1 of us is phySically challenged. But she can walk with stick.
We wish to visit waynad, kumarkom, allepy, periyar, kovalam, munnar,poovar & varkala. Plz suggest tour plan. And most important is can physical challenged visit these places?
