Hi, I am travelling to Munnar on 29th September to see Neelakurinji. Wanted to know from someone local wether it's safe to travel to Munnar now. Are the roads open and safe from Kochi to Munnar.

Would be really helpful if I can get some information about the present situation there. Thank you in advance.
