Transfers between hotels

My husband and I are travelling in Kerala from the 9th to the 20th August. We have booked hotels but need transport between the hotels. Our itinerary is as follows:
9th-11th August Cochin
11th-13th Munnar
13th-15th Thekkady
15th-17th Kumarakom
18th-20th Kovalum
20th transfer to Trivandrum
