Paragliding in Varkala offers a distinct coastal flying experience, with take-offs from the cliff overlooking the Arabian Sea. As you lift off, the land drops away and the coastline stretches out below, bringing a clear sense of height and movement.
The flight traces the edge of the Varkala Cliff, with the sea opening out on one side and the layered landscape on the other. Changing wind currents along the coast add a subtle variation to the glide, making each flight feel slightly different.
This combination of elevation, open views, and coastal movement makes Varkala one of the more visually striking paragliding locations in Kerala.
