This is a marked trail, and it's advisable to start the trek early in the morning to avoid mid-morning heat.

Chembra Peak is located near Vythiri and Meppadi villages in Wayanad district, Kerala. The nearest major town is Kalpetta, approximately 20 km away, which serves as a convenient base for trekkers. From Kalpetta, visitors can reach the trailhead by road via private vehicles, taxis, or local buses. The trek is well-marked, and local guides are available for hire to enhance the trekking experience and ensure safety.
