Dhoni Hills & Waterfalls


Dhoni Hills in Palakkad district is a famous picnic spot noted for its trekking option. The trek from the base area to Malampuzha and Meenavallam and Dhoni waterfalls is very interesting.

This three-hour trip to the reserve forest area where the view is extremely beautiful. One can encounter some rare species of flora and fauna on the trek here. The trails are now popular with travellers and trekking enthusiasts. The scenic visuals on display throughout the climb keep the trekkers’ adrenaline rushing and are the perfect reward for the arduous hike.

This 4 km-long trekking trail to the Dhoni falls through the lush green environs bestows one with a quiet isolated space to witness nature in its most tranquil form.

Entry fee: Rs. 100 per head.
