Lamb with Tapioca Ularthiyathu

Tapioca - 500g
Lamb - 800g
Tomato - 200g
Onion - 200g
Green Chilli - 25g
Coriander powder - 6tbsp
Chilli powder - 2tsp
Back pepper powder - 2tbsp
Turmeric powder - 2tbsp
Ginger - 25g
Garlic - 15g
Cinnamon - 4 pieces
Cloves - 8
Cardamom - 4
Curry leaves - 4 bunches
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - 50g

Method of preparation
Clean tapioca and cut it into small cubes; boil it with enough salt and water. Slice onion and green chilli, saute with enough coconut oil. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and saute for two minutes. Crush ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and put all sauted masala crushed ingredients and lamb in a cooker with three cups of water and enough salt; cook till tender. Slice tomato and saute with little coconut oil. Finally add cooked lamb and cooked tapioca into the sauted tomato. Stir and serve hot.
