The participants in the symposium will be from among policy makers, industry professionals, academicians, NGOs etc at international and national level. The symposia will be co-chaired by Prof Harold Goodwin of the ICRT and Dr. Venu V IAS, Secretary (Tourism), Government of Kerala. The participation will be by invitation only. The total number of participants will be limited to 30. Invited participants will include academicians working on employment, livelihoods and labour issues, employers and trade unions, government officials with responsibility for labour policy, statistics, economic development and tourism, intergovernmental organisations etc.
